Divisional Secretariat Rideegama, In collaboration with Department of Cultural Affairs and Regional Department of Cultural Affairs conducted the Divisional Litrary Art Festival on 12th November 2024. Prizes, Award and Certificates were awarded to the winners of the Literary competition.
