Planning Unit

Main Functions

  • Implementing, coordinating and directing the development projects of the division.
  • Preparing, updating resource profile and identifying development needs.
  • Organizing Regional Coordinating Committee.
  • Provide development and resource profile information to needy parties.

Method of the Implementation of a construction project

  • Send the approval to the Divisional Coordinating Committee before starting the project.
  • Obtaining Provisions
  • Obtaining Quality Reports (Checking whether the project is suitable for the location)
  • Preparation of Estimates.
  • Obtaining procurement decisions.
  • Project agreement with the relevant parties for the implementation of the project.
  • Starting the construction of the project.
  • Testing the construction process.
  • Paying activities if completed with the construction estimate.
  • Taking action to release sums after the expiration of the period.
  • Reports of all these projects should be sent to district secratariat and relevant ministries. (All these projects should be completed before 31st December of the year)

  • Send the approval to the Divisional Coordinating Committee before starting the project.
  • Obtaining Provisions
  • Obtaining Quality Reports
  • Obtaining documents from relevant to the project.
  • Calling prices.
  • Distribution of commodities on the advice of the relevant MP
